DETROIT (TCN) — A 30-year-old man has been indicted for allegedly capturing two folks, killing a retired Detroit Police Division officer, disposing of his physique in a park, and stealing his automotive.
The Wayne County Prosecutor’s Workplace introduced Wednesday, Sept. 18, that Erik Davis is charged with first-degree homicide, first-degree house invasion, discharge of a firearm in or at a constructing, discharge of a firearm in or at a constructing inflicting critical impairment, felon in possession of a firearm, and three counts of felony firearm.

He was taken to the hospital in secure situation. Police arrested Davis that day.
